Last week we had a 38' Cape Cod modular home delivered and then this week we set the new home on the foundation. Other than freezing to death everything went well. When setting a modular home on the foundation it is critical that all the various pieces and parts fit together well. A true test of whether a set goes nicely is whether the manufacturer built the home correctly. We are pleased to say that everything went well with this house - obviously it was built well.
Oh, did I mention it was snowing like crazy? The truth is that building a modular home in the winter is a zillion times easier and quicker than a site built home. And, because a modular is built inside unaffected by the weather it guarantees a superior home.
