Recently Vermont Modular updated our standard specifications.
We continue to stand alone in the building field; we offer as standard fare things that other builders can't offer. For example:
- R-37 exterior wall insulation
- R-60 ceiling insulation
- HERS ratings for all our homes
- 95.1% AFUE Efficient boiler - but the boiler is fully installed
- and the boiler is a combination On-Demand hot water heater
