Condensing Boiler

One of the gases produced in the combustion process in a boiler is water vapor. A condensing boiler extracts heat from the waste gases by condensing this water vapor to liquid water, thus recovering its latent heat. Condensing boilers can reach up to 98% efficiency, compared to 70%-80% with conventional boilers this brings most brands of condensing gas boilers in to the highest available categories for energy efficiency. At Vermont Modular we are constantly referencing Energy Efficiency; that's why we build the most energy efficient home in Vermont.
