Built inside

Of course everyone knows that building a house "on-site" is problematic at best.  This time of year we deal with rain and high wind; in the winter it is all about ice, snow, freezing rain, sleet, rain, hail, blizzards, black ice, frost bite, slush, and the famous "mixed-bag."  Egad winter has some nasty stuff going on.  But, when your new home is a modular it is built inside out of the elements.  It can be raining cats and dogs (what ever that is) and it will not affect your new home at all.  Everything involving the construction of your new home is done indoors away from all the elements.  It is obvious how and why that is superior!
