April Fools

All in good fun

Okay, first off, I need to start with an apology.  I'm not sure how, but it's apparent that yesterday our video crossed the line.  With comments like "That was the lamest video ever- and a waste of time", among other comments, it's apparent that some people can't take a good humored joke in stride.  We didn't exactly shake your hand with those annoying hand buzzer / zapper things.  I also think the video was so outrageous, that it was obvious it was an April Fools joke.  To those with a lack of humor, I really am sorry.  For those who thought it was real, I'm also sorry - it's not.  For those that think they can really do this, and have a plan on how to make it happen, call us - we want to talk to you!  For those that thought it was a waste of time, I recommend relaxation techniques.  Obviously if 28 seconds robs you of valuable time, you are in much need of stress relief.  For those that found it humorous or were entertained, thank you, you got the point.

You will find that a lot of the blog posts that either Dave or I do are not 100% about selling you a house 100% of the time.  If you can't stop to enjoy life, what's the point?  I speak for both of us when I say we want to relate with, connect, and share with each and every one of you so that you can make informed decisions.  We are not robots, and nobody else writes this stuff - so guess what, there is bound to be a human factor in what we write.  That's the point.  If you don't know who you are going to buy a house from, and can't relate with them, you shouldn't be making that purchase.  Neither Dave nor I are sales representatives, nor do we claim to be.  We are your personal resource to educate, enrich, and expand your knowledge.  It is our goal that in doing so, you will be able to make the a decision (one that isn't exactly like deciding what flowers to plant in the front yard) without feeling overwhelmed, pressured, or lacking a knowledge of what the product or service is.

It's all in good fun.  Please don't make it what it's not, and enjoy the fun stuff in life.
