For the past days and days we have been looking at a modular home being worked on. We saw a site-built garage added along with a Mud Room/Entry.
Before the garage project we looked at building a front porch on another modular home. Today and tomorrow we will show you pictures of the two completed projects.
In today’s photograph you can see the completed modular home with its contemporary lines and wall of glass in the living room to take advantage of the spectacular view. Obviously the Cedar Siding is 100% installed on the house, mudroom, and garage.
Take a long look at the extensive landscaping that was done. This home sits on a rather large piece of property in Washington County Vermont. There are retaining walls built from boulders that came from the excavation work, this creates a uniquely beautiful home.
It is hard to see but on the right hand side of the picture there is a berm with shrubbery to create a Natural Wall and insure privacy.
This home has roughly 3,000 square feet of living space that is thoroughly enjoyed by its owners. Inside is a gourmet kitchen, adjacent dining room, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a lovely living room with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace, separate laundry room, an expansive family room, utility room, and a large storage area.
Yes, modular homes are beautiful, well built, and designed for individuals for all their wants and needs. Can we build your Vermont Dream?
