Have you thought of a Vacation Home?

Next Tuesday is July 4th and for many people the Nation’s Birthday Holiday will start on Friday and last all next week.  Yes, Vermont Modular Homes will be closed for a long holiday weekend along with everyone else.

So, while you and your family are on vacation have you considered building your own vacation home right here in Vermont?  Well of course you have and honestly, we think it’s a great idea.

Take a long look at today’s photograph, this style of home is called The Trailhead and it has consistently be one of our most popular “Vacation Homes.”  However, we have several families living in The Trailhead as their permanent residence.

Over the years we have built this home numerous times but no two are the same.  Remember, every home from Vermont Modular is 100% Custom Built.

Here are several things that make this home a stand-out for popularity:

  • Custom Built, no two Trailheads are the same, we have built this home with 1,800 Square Feet of living space and the smallest is about 850 square feet.  Your new home will be exactly the way you want.
  • Energy Efficient – take a look at all the glass that allows you to take in the view, it is all High-Performance Triple Pane Glass that greatly out-performs good Thermopane windows.
  • Unique Styling is everywhere in The Trailhead from Vermont Modular.
  • Vaulted ceilings in the great room are all finished in our plant, the onsite work for this home is reduced to a minimum.
  • Make this your Ski House.  I know its summer, but we can have this home ready for you and your family for this upcoming ski season.  Talk about amazing!
  • One of the more popular options is a fireplace in the great room.
  • As of 2018 we’ve delivered uniquely different variations of The Trailhead to Washington County, Bennington County, Windham County, Lamoille County, with two on order, one for Windsor County and the other for Lamoille.  Oh and that does not include The North Country of New York State.

Wouldn’t you like to have your own secret hide away up in the mountains of Vermont overlooking one of a million spectacular views?
