This bathroom is in one of our most recent homes from Vermont Modular. This design for a bathroom is often called a “Hall Bath.” Typically, this is not the master bathroom but rather a full-bath that is primarily for “the kids” to use. Having a second full bathroom saves the Master Bath as a private bathroom for the owners only.
In today’s photograph we are looking at a conventional Hall-Bath or a Full-Bathroom that has a one-piece Fiberglass Tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. It is hard to see in this picture, but all the fixtures are included and installed; things like towel bars and toilet paper holder. And of course, you can pick and chose exactly which fixture you would like.
Remember each home is 100% Custom Built right down to the tiniest detail. So, you can choose the type of fixtures you want and the color of those fixtures.
Everyone asks, “….what does the vanity look like?” Our answer is easy, we do not know! The vanity along with the vanity top, sink, and faucets will look exactly like the ones you pick out. Of course, there are many options; that is what makes choosing your colors so much fun.
Take a look at the flooring in this bathroom. We showed this to you in another room and it received a huge response where everyone loved it. In the bath is works even better as the Congoleum DuraCeramic is impervious to water. It is a great product for bathrooms.
On the door you can see Brushed Nickel hardware that is lever action. This also has become very popular.
So, what do you think of this Hall Bathroom? Do you like it?
