The Brighton House

Project Description

The Brighton House is a classic Colonial Home, accurately described as a "nine-lite center hall colonial"; meaning it has nine symmetrically spaced windows across the front, and the hallway to the second floor is in the center of this home. The first floor features a handsome gourmet kitchen and adjacent dining room, a nice sized living room, a separate family room, half bath, and the laundry. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is a fantastic home for any family. The design is an American Classic that has been popular for centuries; a full three-car garage reflects its contemporary appeal, and the standing seam metal roof adds to its character. Building up is one of the least expensive ways to build. The front porch welcomes everyone to this comfortable and energy efficient home.
