We are sure that all of us remember Hurricane Sandy that came ashore one year after Irene. It was a rather tough couple years where places along the coast suffered damage. Here in Vermont we were overwhelmed with flash flooding and wide spread damage. Scroll to the second picture, it clearly shows a brand new home that was built in 2011 after it was destroyed by Irene. One year later Sandy knocked it over and you can see it lying on its side. That destroyed “site-built” home survived only one year. Right next to it in the center of the photograph is a one year old Modular Home that clearly withstood Sandy. Are you interested in a well-built home?
